In addition to the educational services of our mission, we have taken over the community outreach services of the former St. Michael Center, which include a thrift store and a weekly food pantry.  Our students, as well as the greater community, depend on these programs to meet basic needs so that they can continue to concentrate on their education and employment goals.  It has added a supplementary element to the work of LPHCS, but a challenge we have happily taken on.
