PROGRAMSLower Price Hill Community School is a modern learning center encompassing the entire top floor of a former elementary school in the heart of the neighborhood. LPHCS offers four main programs: GED, Basic Literacy, ESOL and our Junior College Program- through partnership with Cincinnati State. Students who attend our programs are provided with free preschool childcare to our students while attending classes. The programs are available to all individuals, and our services are free of charge to the student. LPHCS provides a holistic learning environment. Each program is designed to encourage growth and assist in reaching employment or educational goals. One way this may occur is transitioning from GED to our college program. LPHCS is committed to providing the best service for our students and providing programs that lead to better life opportunities. All programs offer an open and relaxed atmosphere, flexible hours and extra support services. Our programs are designed for students to work at their own pace.
